At the heart of Elimisha Binti Initiative is a commitment to nurturing not only the academic success of deaf and hard-of-hearing girls, but also their spiritual, emotional, and moral growth. Our mentorship program is intentionally Christ-centered, rooted in the belief that every girl is created in the image of God, worthy of dignity, purpose, and hope.

Through faith-based mentorship, we walk alongside our girls as they discover their God-given identity and value in a world that often overlooks them. Mentors offer guidance grounded in biblical principles, helping the girls navigate adolescence, trauma, and societal barriers with faith, resilience, and confidence. Scripture, prayer, encouragement, and discipleship are woven gently and respectfully into mentoring relationships, providing a safe space for healing, reflection, and growth.

Many of the girls we serve have experienced poverty, neglect, stigma, or abuse. Our Christian mentorship creates a nurturing environment where they are reminded that they are seen by God, loved unconditionally, and never forgotten. We teach them that disability is not a limitation in God’s plan, but a unique part of their testimony and calling.

Through this faith-based approach, Elimisha Binti Initiative seeks to raise a generation of young women who are not only educated, but also spiritually grounded—girls who understand their worth, walk boldly in faith, and are empowered to become leaders, mentors, and agents of change in their families and communities.
